1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GrandStand ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What GrandStand provides

GrandStand is a tool that aggregates youth sports schedule calendar feeds into a single shareable view. We sync your feeds on a daily basis and optionally send weekly email digests. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Add calendar feeds you do not have permission to access.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
• Share your calendar link in a way that exposes minors' information to inappropriate audiences.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the calendar data you add to GrandStand. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display that data as needed to operate the Service. You can delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

6. Shared calendar links

When you generate a share link and give it to someone, they can view your family's schedule without logging in. You are responsible for who you share your link with. You can revoke access at any time by regenerating the link from your dashboard.

7. Availability and accuracy

We do our best to keep GrandStand available and your schedules up to date, but we make no guarantees. Schedule data depends on third-party calendar feeds that are outside our control. Always confirm game times directly with your league or coach for time-sensitive information.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular data will be accurate or available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrandStand and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Making a donation does not entitle you to any specific features, uptime guarantees, or priority support.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in ways that harm other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
